Terms & Conditions
1. Enrollment & Fees
- Hourly Billing: All classes are charged on a per-hour basis. The number of hours recommended may vary based on the child's individual learning pace and the difficulty of the subject.
- No Hidden Costs: We do not charge an Admission Fee. Mentoring, PYQ sessions, and Doubt clearing are provided free of cost to enrolled students.
- Payment Terms: Payments must be made in advance for the agreed-upon block of hours to ensure the teacher’s time is reserved and to maintain the teacher's financial stability.
2. Attendance & Punctuality
- Punctuality: Students must join the online session at the scheduled time. The teacher will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes.
- Late Joins: If a student joins late, the class will still end at the scheduled time to avoid disrupting the teacher's next session.
- Cancellations: If a student cannot attend, parents must inform the teacher at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the hour being billed to protect the teacher's independent living income.
3. Classroom Environment (Safe & Active Engagement)
To ensure effective learning, parents agree to ensure:
- Devices (Laptop/Tab/Phone) are fully charged and stable.
- Video must remain ON at all times for active engagement and safety.
- The student is in a quiet room with proper sitting posture and has eaten before class to maintain focus.
4. Teacher-Student Relationship
- Mother-Teacher Model: Our teachers are qualified experts and mothers. We maintain a professional yet nurturing environment. Any form of disrespect toward teachers will result in immediate termination of services.
- Teacher Assignment: For KG to 6th Grade, a single teacher handles all subjects. For 7th to 12th Grade, subject experts are assigned.
5. Holistic Support & Counseling
- MOT provides academic guidance and recommendations for professional counseling (Mental Health, Career, etc.). However, MOT acts as a recommending body only; external professional consultations are at the parent's discretion and cost.
