Moms On Teaching (MOT) has successfully extended its services to over 30 students globally, including countries such as India, the UAE, and the UK. A robust team of over 30 qualified Mother-Teachers drives this initiative. We have delivered more than 5,000 hours of 1-on-1 tuition across Kerala State, CBSE, and ICSE syllabuses. A major milestone for us is achieving a 95% improvement rate in children with learning difficulties.

1. Targeted Gap Filling (Strengthening the Foundation)

We identified that 70% of students struggling in high school lacked basic knowledge at the primary level.

• Action: We dedicated nearly 1,200 hours specifically to foundational lessons in Mathematics and Languages.
• Result: This led to a 40% increase in learning speed and accuracy among students aged 7 to 15.

2. Empowering Motherhood

This year, we successfully created a platform for over 30 educated mothers to achieve professional independence. All our teachers testify that they have gained financial stability and professional pride while effectively managing their family responsibilities.

3. A Blessing for Working Parents

MOT acted as an 'Academic Guardian' for parents aged 25 to 50 with hectic job schedules. Through personalized Daily Routines crafted for each child, we empowered students to manage their time effectively without requiring constant parental supervision.

Holistic Development & Counseling

This year, we successfully moved beyond textbooks:

• Mental Health: Recommended expert mental health counseling for over 15 students.
• Career Guidance: Organized three career guidance seminars specifically for Class 10 and Class 12 students.
• Social Skills: Successfully implemented Group Counseling methods to improve the social skills of our learners.
